Director & Auctioneer

William Pendlebury

Nice to know

Founder of KNOWN and a third generation Altona local, William has spent close to a decade building a name that tends to come up for the right reasons. He still lives in the suburb and knows the area in a way only locals do. KNOWN is not a fresh start. It is 30 years in the making. He has been ranked Altona’s number one agent by realestate.com.au for the past five years. Nice recognition, obviously. The repeat clients and referrals probably say even more.

Need to know

As a fully licensed real estate agent and experienced auctioneer, William has a knack for creating the conditions for good things to happen. He brings a calm, proactive approach to every campaign, knows when to push, when to hold, and when people need time to make the right decision. He is not interested in micromanaging for the sake of it. Just doing the work properly and keeping things moving. When he’s not hands on a campaign he’s helping mentor the next generation.
