KNOWN has moved into its new headquarters at 24–26 Pier Street, Altona, on the suburb's main shopping strip and a short walk from the beach. It is a new home for a growing team, and the start of our next chapter.

Why Pier Street

Pier Street is the heart of Altona. It is where people shop, meet, eat and walk down to the water. For an agency built on local knowledge and local relationships, there is no better place to be.

Being anchored in the community matters to us. Our work brings us into homes and conversations right across Altona and the west, and our office should be part of the same streets our clients live on. On Pier Street we are easy to find, easy to visit and part of the everyday life of the suburb.

Room for a growing team

The move gives our growing team more space to work together under one roof. That means quicker conversations, closer collaboration and better service for the people we work with.

A bigger, better space lets us keep raising our own standards: in how we prepare campaigns, how we look after landlords and tenants, and how quickly we respond when someone needs us.

A considered look for the strip

When we set up on Pier Street, we wanted the building to add to the street, not shout over it.

We updated the windows and painted the facade, and chose a deliberately minimal approach. The aim was never to draw attention to ourselves. It was to align with the strip, respect its character and help elevate it.

It reflects how we like to work: precise in detail, measured in delivery, and confident enough to let the work speak for itself. Results do not need noise, and neither does a shopfront.
